Connecting people to themselves and to each other for a vibrant & joyful world.
Hi, I’m Allie.
After years of agonizing over the ‘right’ decisions for a successful life and career, I surprised myself by enrolling in the University of British Columbia’s Certificate in Organizational Coaching program just because I liked the idea! I’d long been fascinated by big questions and the idea of creating spaces where people connect. More importantly, I’d experienced first-hand the profound shifts that can happen when you’re in a space of connection to yourself and someone asks just the right question. I wanted to pay that forward with sufficient tools, methodologies, and credibility to support my good intentions.
Today, that desire is amplified by a know-in-your-bones feeling: I love helping people live in a way that inspires and fulfills them, because that inspires others in turn and makes the world a more amazing place.
Professionally speaking…
My career has focused on connecting people and supporting projects.
I’ve held a variety of roles within the corporate, non-profit, and private sectors in organizations ranging from locally owned businesses with a staff of three, up to global engineering and project services companies with over 38,000 employees. For the past seven years, I have worked in Knowledge Management, helping teams and employees of various seniority levels discover and connect what they need, know, and need to know to deliver better solutions.
I began coaching in 2023 and am currently pursuing my ACC credential with the International Coaching Federation.
